Support Pallet to Palate

Thanks for volunteering your restaurant or bar to support Food for Greater Elgin!

As a participating vendor, you will receive:

• Inclusion in our digital event guide highlighting your establishment

• Recognition on the Food For Greater Elgin website and Facebook page

• Your name/logo on a sign at your table and recognition at the event (upon request)

• Other promotional opportunities as they become available

   

We will provide each vendor with:

• A 7’x7’ space with one (1) 6’ table, to use as the service table for guests

• Tablecloth for your service table

• Access to electricity (upon request)

• Napkins

We ask that each vendor:

• Bring your own prep table (if needed)

• Bring tasting portions for 300 guests (we will confirm the actual amount as we get closer to the event)

• Bring your own chafing dishes, serving utensils and warming units

• Bring plates and utensils needed to eat the food you are serving

• Extension cord(s) (if needed)

• Consider providing a $25-100 gift card to your restaurant/establishment for a drawing (not required)
