Your EOY Impact: Thank You

The January blues might be here for some, but not for us.

As winter settles in, we’re still basking in the radiant glow of your kindness. You continue to be our sunshine in the coldest months—providing warmth, light, and nourishment to thousands of families across the Greater Elgin area.

Thanks to this incredible community, more than $242,000 (and counting!) was donated during our year-end campaign. That generosity translates directly into full shelves, healthier meals, and peace of mind for neighbors who need it most. We are so sincerely grateful. Truly—thank you.

We are especially thankful for the local businesses and foundations who stepped up in powerful ways. Support from the Hoffer Foundation, John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Panels Plus, McGrath Honda, Consumers Credit Union, and Minerallac—through matching gifts and turkey donations—helped multiply the impact and ensure families could gather around nourishing meals during the holidays.

As we look ahead, we’re filled with hope. Here’s to a bright, shiny new year—one with great big servings of promise, heaps of sunny days, and nothing but full bellies.
